Welcome! I'm Ashton, A Holistic Scalp Specialist and Business Coach.  I have a passion for sparking the fire in others and showing women where true beauty come from.

I know what it’s like to throw money at scalp and skin issues- $2,000 on shampoos, fancy tools, and estheticians, with no relief.

The truth? You can’t heal a stress wound with surface solutions.

That’s why I created the Sacred Beauty Retreat.
To give you what I never had: a container where your body, your beauty, and your nervous system can repair together.

I believe Beauty is the 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 that comes from 𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮. Vitality of mind, body, and spirit. And that vitality comes from tapping into that Divine knowing, that divine wisdom within, and allowing your body to radiate that light outward.

As I continue to grow in this understanding of what it means to embody divine beauty, my heart longs to share it with other women. So that you, too, may remember who you are. And through that remembrance, radiate your unique divine beauty.

I feel most beautiful when I have my hands in the dirt, bare feet on the ground, and the sun kissing my skin.  It's in the moments of dance and movement where I feel the essence of Beauty moving through me. 

Shamane is a deep rooted womban of the earth, a Wild Embodiment Practitioner of the Healing Arts. Through curating healing sanctuaries, transformative massage journey experiences, and rewilding movement practices she seeks to guide you back home to your natural rhythms in the body, mind, heart & spirit. In a world full of distractions, expectations, and disconnections, she guides you tenderly back to your center, your roots of connectivity so you can truly cleanse of all that doesn't serve you and make space to embody the beauty within, embracing the beauty around. Come as you are, leave realigned, relaxed, and more in love with yourself. 

When do I feel most beautiful? 

I feel most beautiful amidst the beauty of Mother Earth, nourishing in her soils and waters as my bare skin rests upon her and learns from the medicines of the animals and plants. We are made of Her. Her waters are within us, her soils of our bones and skin, her air as our breath. Her fires fueling our strength and neuro pathways. Her beauty reflected back at us with every stunning sunrise & sunset, every sun sparkle in the waters. She reminds me of my own beauty when I am too in my head and forget. Also, when I am dancing wild in sisterhood! 

Her offerings are threads woven from over 15 years of training and experience in coming back home to her own natural rhythms. In 2011 she graduated from Higher Elevation Healing Arts School amidst the Rocky Mountains that created a foundation for her massage & yoga practice. In 2018 she graduated from Woodbury University with a BFA in Interior Architecture and dreams of building an earthen sanctuary for healing arts education & regenerative living. Her sovereign #vanlife journey on the road starting in 2020 led her through a transformational awakening of remembrance of the importance of tending the earth in that good way, living with the elements, and rewilding embodiment. She currently lives and breathes with the sacred enchanted lands of Taos, New Mexico with her pup Sage& kitten Yuki Wildz. She spends her time living in ceremony as she soaks in the beauty of Mother Earth, honoring the cycles of the sun & moon as well as her own, and planting seeds of light and love within community.

I feel the most beautiful when I'm nourishing my body, giving it the right inputs, and surrounded by encouraging, challenging and vibrant people in my circle. 

Through my coaching, I've lead many women through the journey of learning to love and honor their body into health. I'm honored to be apart of this year's Sacred Beauty Retreat! 

Amber Rose is an artist and healer by nature. She discovered the healing power of sound in 2005, her first experience gave her a strong embodied connection and a calling to begin exploring the bowls. In 2012 she began playing bowls to heal herself after a traumatic car accident. Since then Amber Rose has spent the last decade delving into sound healing, learning and practicing with various instruments from drums and vocal toning to chimes and tuning forks. Simultaneously she has been studying healing through other mediums like Thai and Ayurvedic massage, energy work, meditation and visual art throughout her life. Amber's broad background of healing modalities informs her approach to sound healing, as she creatively weaves her experience into each sound journey.

Immerse yourself in a restorative and centering experience weaved to realign your body's energy and natural rhythms. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, and a variety of acoustic instruments guide you into deep relaxation and reset.

When do I feel the most beautiful? 

Nature is my first medicine, teacher & friend. Always a reminder of my inner & outer beauty and my way back home ever since I was little. It is unconditional love & the essence of beauty within and all around me.

Through immersing myself in nature I have found more compassion and acceptance of myself when I feel drained, emotional or lost. The waters, trees, soil & wildlife in motion has always brought me joy, awe and facination. Feeling my feet in the soil of Pacha Mama grounds & supports my nervous sytem. The raw music of nature's sound has been a sweet reflection of my being & truth, and an inspiration in my Sound Journeys. It’s such an honor to be called in divine timing to be at the Beauty Retreat!
